Kneeshaw, Lloyd at Scraborough [sic, should be Scarborough] General Hospital on Friday September 18, 1987. Lloyd Kneeshaw formerly or RR-2 Bradford in his 72nd year. Beloved husband of the late Irene Bowles. Dear father of Mary Lou (Mrs. Robert Pomeroy) of Scarborough, and the late Beverly Harrison. Dear grandfather of Cheryl and Dale Harrison, Tim and Jana Pomeroy. A private family service was held at the Lathangue & Skwarchuk Funeral Home, 30 Simcoe St., Bradford. Interment St. Paul's Cemetery, Coulsons Hill. Donations to the Cat Scan at York County Hospital, Newmarket would be appreciated.

Steve Dinner, the 32-year-old heart and lung transplant recipient from Bradford, died at London University Hospital on Sunday (Sept.28).

Library consultants present first report

"A first report has been made by the consultants hired to conduct a feasibility study for a new library.
Roger Jones and George Schlukbier of Fox, Jones and Associates presented their first report to council, and the library board, along with some members of committees involved in planning for the new library.
Librarian Adrienne Price said the report outlined possible interior design, and land use.
Two parcels of town land on Holland Court have been chosen as the library site. The building will tentatively be built to the north of the west lot, with parking to the south.
A final draft of the library feasibility study will be presented at a public meeting tentatively set for Wednesday, August 27."
