Description : Betty Ann, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Jaques, R.R. 2, Newmarket, to George Edward Hunt of Bradford, son of Mrs. Hunt of Bradford and the late Mr. Albert Hunt. The marriage took place in Holland Landing United Church. Rev. D. J. Lute officiated. Miss Nancy Jaques, R.R. 2, Newmarket, was maid of honour. Mrs. Judy Vandergroef of Newmarket and Miss Carol Ann Marx of R.R. 2, Newmarket were bridesmaids and Miss Mary Romagnoli, R.R. 2, Newmarket was flower girl. The ring bearer was Master Edward Jaques, R.R. 2, Newmarket. Mr. Harold Hunt of Streetsville was his brother's groomsman and the ushers were Messers. Terry Jaques of R.R. 2, Newmarket and Mr. Arthur Hunt of Bradford. Mr. and Mrs. Hunt will reside at 81 Frederick Street, Bradford.

Of Bradford, beloved wife of the late Albert Hunt and dear mother of Phyllis (Mrs. Myron MacPherson), Bradford, Lorna (Mrs. Bill Forbes), Bell Ewart; Harold of Bolton, Art and George of R.R. 2, Newmarket, Mandy (Mrs. Bruce Thompson), Stroud, and Wally of Newmarket. Also survived by three brothers, two sisters and twelve grandchildren. Resting at the Lathangue & Skwarchuk Funeral Home, 30 Simcoe St., Bradford. Services in the chapel on Wednesday at 1 p.m. Interment St. Paul's Cemetery, Coulson's Hill.

Description : Died unexpectedly after becoming ill three days previous. Had been unwell for many months, causing him to retire. Husband of Marjorie Andrews of West Gwillimbury (married at Cookstown). Father of Phyllis, Lorna, Madeleine, Harold, Arthur, George and Wallace. Brother of Mrs. Arthur Gale of Beaverton. Uncle of two nephews, one in England. Brother died in the First World War. Born in Thornford, England. Came to Canada in 1924. Lived in Lucknow and Port Perry before coming to Bradford in 1928. Worked at the Bradford Bakery with the late Mr. Fred Gowland. Took over the business with the owner's son-in-law, the late Mr. Stephenson, when Mr. Gowland moved to Penetanguishene. After Mr. Stephenson's death, Mr. Hunt continued to run the business until his own retirement. Member of the Oddfellows' Lodge. Funeral March 10 from Trinity Anglican Church, Rev. H.G. Blake officiating. Interment in St. Paul's Cemetery, Coulson's Hill.

Mr. Doug Thompson of Holland Landing was groomsman and the ushers were the groom's brother, Mr. George Hunt, and Mr. William MacPherson, both of Bradford. Mr. and Mrs. Hunt will reside in Cooksville.
