This portrait is of A.N. Scarrow, and was featured alongside members of the Model School Board including Rev. F. Smith, E.P. Snow, James Bemrose, John Elliott, and Samuel Martin. Scarrow was the principal of the Public and Model Schools from 1902, and was President of the Bradford Library Board.
