The deed transfers ownership of part of the south half of Lot 15, Concession 7 from Robert Parker and Sarah Parker to the Trustees of the Bradford Congregation of the Wesleyan Methodist Church. Arrived with a handwritten sticky note from Bob Evans identifying it, dated May 29 2015.
