Description : After a short and courageous battle with cancer, at York County Hospital, in his 56th year. Resident of Gilford. Husband of Ellie (Malpass). Father of Tim and his wife Robin, Jason and his fiancee Heather. Grandpa of Rebecca. Brother of Bill and his wife Joan, Anne and her husband Lock Jack, Doris and her husband Art Jack, and predeceased by Dan. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitation and service at the Lathangue & Skwarchuk Funeral Home, Bradford. Interment in St. Paul's Cemetery, Coulson's Hill. Donations to Palliative Care at the York County Hospital Foundation or to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.

Arthur Steed officiated.The matron of honour was Mrs. Bradley Chapman and the bridesmaids were Miss Joanne McGilvrary and Mrs. Stephen Carson. The junior bridesmaid was Miss Marilyn Malpass, cousin of the bride. The flower girl was Kelly Bacher, cousin of the bride.Mr. and Mrs. Griffiths will reside in Gilford.
