Tom Gardner

Tom Gardner was chosen citizen of the year by the Bradford Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Gardner, a popular resident of Bradford, operated a hardware store before his retirement last year. This photo appeared with a group of others entitled "Bradford's year in photos."
