Opening of Fred C. Cook School
In a school opening ceremony last week at Fred C. Cook senior public school, Mrs. Leone Cook is presented with a bouquet of carnations by the school's pupils as trustee Sam Neilly looks on. An overflow audience attended the official opening.
Jean Faris, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Murray G. Faris of Maple Farm near Bradford, has graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in human nutrition.
