CHORNENKI: Nettie, at Newmarket on Saturday, August 8th, 1992. Nettie of Bond Head and former of Toronto, dear mother of Stephen and his wife Nadia of Bond Head. Dear grandmother of Christien, Peter and Susan, dear great grandmother of Ricky and Stephanie. Friends called at Lathangue & Skwarchuk Funeral Homes, 30 Simcoe St., Bradford. Service was held in the Chapel on Monday, August 10, 1992 at 11:00 a.m. Interment Holy Martyrs Cemetery, Bradford.

Son of the late John Goodfellow, one of Bradford's first settlers. Married Elizabeth Rhoddy, of Toronto. Lived in Bond Head, and Bradford, before moving near Thornbury, forty years ago, where he died. Wife passed away in 1879, and is interred at Thornbury cemetery. Age: 75th year.

Bond Head Community Hall Turkey Dinner
The citizens of Bond Head raise money to pay for their newly erected Community Memorial Hall with events such as a Turkey Dinner held at the Plowing Match.
