First Bradford Brownies Pack entertained residents at Martingale Villa last week. The 25 girls sand Christmas songs and danced. The club performed on all three floors of the home, so they were pretty tuckered out by the time they finished.

Retiring home economist Barb McArthur relaxes in the chair given her by well-wishers who gathered at the home of Bradford resident Marie McVety last week. Mrs. McArthur is moving to the Ottawa area.

B-Day (Beard Day) was faced with extreme bravery by Mayor Zyg Fenik (right) and Councillor Bill DePeuter last week. The pair are taking part in the 125th anniversary beard-growing contest. Both parted with their whiskers reluctantly and promised to grow them back as soon as biologically possible. Joe Scotto handled the shaving duties admirably.
