Joseph Atkins Fizzell (August 9, 1849 - May 5, 1929). He married Lydia Ann Tait (October 29, 1867 - August 11, 1949) and they had six children.

James Bell was the Great Grandfather of Lylia Culbert. He was born January 3, 1831 in West Gwillimbury, Simcoe County, Ontario. His parents were James (born 1797) and Margaret Brown (born 1799) who were married in 1826. His brothers Andrew (born 1827) and Robert (born 1829) were born in Jedburgh, Scotland. James Bell married Isabella Wood on November 13, 1855 and farmed Lot 11 Con. 13 in West Gwillimbury. He died in 1911.
