Husband to Bessie McPherson, he had spent his entire life in the community. Is interred in the Bond Head cemetery where Mr. G. Troyer conducted the service.

Resting at Nicolls Funeral Home in Midland for service on Wednesday morning at 11:00 a.m. Interment at Westminster Cemetery, Willowdale.

Description : At home, after a long illness. Born in Yorkshire, England. Came to Canada in 1870. Attended school in Scotch Settlement and farmed until four years ago. Member of the I.O.F. Lodge. Married Rose Bell of Bradford in 1904, who survives him. Only child, a daughter, died in infancy. Brother of Jesse of Bond Head and Mrs. Forgan (Annie) of Toronto. Funeral by Rev. C.R.P. Hearn of Trinity Church, Bond Head. Interment in Bond Head Cemetery.

Dairy Princess Banquet Speaker

Mrs. Catherine South, Brampton, the Canadian Dairy Princess, will be guest speaker at the annual banquet of the Aurora Milk Producers Association at Bond Head Community Hall Wednesday, April 3. Mrs. South has travelled across Canada during the past year appearing at many functions connected with agriculture and is an accomplished and interesting speaker.
