West Gwillimbury resident Milton Bowles was honored by the Ontario Provincial Police in a ceremony in Barrie last week. He received a certificate and medal recognizing his assistance in helping police with a successful criminal investigation. Looking on is his wife Joan as her husband accepts the certificate from OPP Deputy-commissioner K. Grice.
