Funeral services at the Jennett Chapel of the McClelland and Slessor Funeral Home, Barrie. Interment in Barrie Union Cemetery, Barrie.

Grandfather of Joshua, Amanda, Jacob and Caleb van Ry; Vaughan, Jamie and Christopher Thompson; Meaghan McClymont, Zachary and Hilary Jane Harway; and Scott Smith. Brother of Enny DeBest of Bradford and the late Casey and Gary. Remembered by many nieces and nephews. Rested in the Logan Funeral Home, Parry Sound. Interment in Hillcrest Mausoleum and Fairholme Cemetery, Dunchurch in the spring.
