In recent years he had been living retired.He was twice married but there is no family. Surviving are two brothers, David and Jack Ellerby of Toronto, and one sister, Mrs. B. Woodcock (Addie), of Bradford.The funeral was held at Lake City, Florida, on Dec. 26.
