His father was High School principal and his mother was a musician of renown, not only on this continent but in Europe. Mr. Harrison inherited his mother's talent and some of his musical compositions provided well known popular songs of past years.Before his mother's death Mr. Harrison made his home with her for a number of years, and since that time he had spent periods here. He had been confined to hospital and returned here shortly before his death.Mr. Harrison had one daughter of whose musical ability, and public acclaim of this talent, he was justly proud. She had visited him quite recently and had arranged his hospitalization.The funeral was held in the home town of the Harrison family, Dunnville, on Saturday.
