BRINKOS, James & Lisa are proud to announce the safe arrival of their first child, ANDREW JAMES, born Saturday, January 7, 1989 at 9:50 a.m., weighing 8 lbs. 9 oz. Delighted grandparents are Mr. & Mrs. Bill Kristman & Mr. and Mrs. Mike Brinkos. Happy great grandparents are Katie Djurkowitsch, Mathias Kristman, Julie Balamut and Mrs. [sic] & Mrs. Steve Brinkos. A special thanks to Dr. Paul Bernstein and the maternity staff at Mt. Sinai Hospital in Toronto for bringing this healthy baby boy into our lives.

Budgen, Clifford at the Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto, on Monday December 7, 1987. Clifford Budgen beloved son of Cliff and Lynn, dear brother of Tanya, grandson of Frank and Carol Nelson, and Gord and Pearl Budgen. Funeral services were held at the Taylor Funeral Home, 524 Davis Drive Newmarket on Thursday December 10th 1987. In lieu of flowers donations to the immunology Department, Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto would be appreciated. The family would like to especially thank Dr. Rolfman, Dr. Hummel, the staff of the Immunology Dept. and the nursing staff of 6D for their care and support.

"Bradford District High School has one Ontario Scholar this year: Cathy Lucas of RR 1, Lefroy, with an average of 80.2 per cent. Eighteen-year-old Cathy will go on to York University in the fall to study physical education and mathematics, but she said Monday that she hasn't made up her mind about what she wants to do when she graduates. Ontario scholars receive a $100 cheque to help defray the costs of expenses in university."

Sister of Ruth Fowler of Aurora, and predeceased by Marion Brethet and Charlie Cerswell of Bond Head. Aunt of Bill Brethet and his wife Margaret of R.R. 3 Tottenham, Don Brethet and his wife Susan of Milton, Joan Cerswell of Bond Head, Ann and her husband William White of Scarborough, Lynda and her husband Gary Renegar of North Carolina, James Cerswell and his wife Kelly of Bond Head, and John Fowler of Aurora. Also survived by many great-nieces and nephews. Visitation and service at the Lathangue & Skwarchuk Funeral Home, Bradford. Interment in Bond Head Cemetery. Donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
