Description : Age: 92nd year. Born December 25, 1815. Came to Canada from Ireland with her parents in 1823. Her father, John Long, settled in West Gwillimbury when it was a forest. Widow of the late Robert Campbell, whom she married in March, 1836, in Toronto. Also predeceased by a son, and three daughters.Survived by five sons and two daughters. Had 10 children, 33 grandchildren, and 25 great grandchildren. Interred at Newton Robinson cemetery.

Albert Botham, beloved husband of Gretta Cairns, loving father of Lloyd and his wife Irene, Norval and his wife Patricia, dear brother of Mrs. Edison (Isabel) Hastings of Tottenham, fondly remembered by his grandchildren Kevin, Brian, Laurie and Daniel. Rested at the Rod Abrams Funeral Home, Tottenham on Wednesday, August 2 and Thursday, August 3. Funeral service was held in the chapel on Friday, August 4 at 1:00 p.m. Interment Mt. Tegart Cemetery, Tottenham. Donations in Albert's memory can be made to the York County Hospital, Canadian Cancer Society or the VON.

Description : "Former resident of Barrie. Thompson C. Fisher, who celebrated his 91st birthday last Wednesday [September 4, 1944], died in Toronto on Sunday. He had resided in Toronto for five years. Born at Bond Head, Mr. Fisher was a graduate of Upper Canada College. For a time he engaged in farming at Thompsonville and Ivy and later became associate with the insurance business in Alliston and Barrie. Surviving are two sons, Dr. R.E. Fisher, Toronto, and Dr. C.M. Fisher, Chicago, Ill."

Friends called at the Lathangue & Skwarchuk Funeral Home, 30 Simcoe Street, Bradford. Service was held in chapel on Tuesday, February 27, 1990 at 2:00 p.m. Interment Bond Head Cemetery.

Beloved husband of Ruth Thompson, dear father of Bonnie (Mrs. Joe Haas) of Bradford, Carol (Mrs. Greg Parker) of Georgetown and Debbie (Mrs. Chris Bergin) of Bond Head. Dear son of William and Gertie Melbourne. Dear brother of Anne (Mrs. Harry Sparling) of London, Ontario, Joan(Mrs. Vincent Lackimia) of Sepulveda, California and the late Ross Melbourne and his wife Hilda. Dear grandfather of Jessica Parker, Allison, David and Anne Bergin. The funeral service was held at Lathangue & Skwarchuk Funeral Home, Bradford on Tuesday, September 15, 1987 at 2 o'clock p.m. Interment at Bond Head Cemetery. Donations to the CAT Scan at York County Hospital, Newmarket would be appreciated.

Lived in Bond Head, and Bradford, before moving near Thornbury, forty years ago, where he died. Wife passed away in 1879, and is interred at Thornbury cemetery. Age: 75th year.
