Jocelyn and Adele are tickled pink over their new little brother born Saturday, August 1st, 1992 at 7:30 p.m. at York County Hospital, weighing 7 pounts, 11 ounces. Beloved wife of the late Adrianus (Jack) VanLuyk. Dear mother of Adrianus and his wife Sara, Greta and her late husband Adrian Hordyk, Peter and Anita and her husband John Brouwer. Dear sister of Rudy, Herman and Gilbert Oosterhuis, Ruth Noorduis and predeceased by Stouffer, John and Gus Oosterhuis. Also survived by 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Loving son of the late Jacob and Tina van Ry and loving son-in-law of Ena Wren of Dunchurch and the late Christopher. Dear father of James of Bradford and Donna also of Bradford; Jana and her husband Paul Thompson of Lakefield; Judy and her husband Peter Harway of Dunchurch; Marianne Smith of Tottenham; and Mark of Toronto. Loving grandfather of Joshua, Amanda, Jacob and Caleb van Ry; Vaughan, Jamie and Christopher Thompson; Meaghan McClymont, Zachary and Hilary Jane Harway; and Scott Smith. Dear brother of Enny DeBest of Bradford and the late Casey and Gary. Fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews. Rested in the Logan Funeral Home, 81 James St., Parry Sound. Service at 11:30 a.m. Monday March 15, in St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, Parry Sound. Interment Hillcrest Mausoleum and Fairholme Cemetery, Dunchurch in the spring.
