A preface to the report written by minister Stephen Hershey (on page 2) explains the decision to separately create the fiscal reports and activities reports at different times of the year instead of including both in one Annual Report, as was done in other years.

Copy of the Methodist Hymn and Tune Book, with the title pressed into the cover and gilded, with a decorative border surrounding the title also pressed into the cover. Contains inscriptions written in many hands, in both pencil and ink, at both the front and back of the book. One of the inscriptions is dated May 17, 1905. Many of the autographs are difficult to make out and have not yet been identified.

Black and white photocopy of the Bradford United Church Deed dated 1836. The deed transfers ownership of part of the south half of Lot 15, Concession 7, from Letitia Magee to the Trustees of the Wesleyan Methodist Church in the Township of West Gwillimbury (John Peacock, Thomas Driffil, Joseph Hill, John Edward Dipolt, Ralph Wardman, Thomas Parker, Robert Parker) to be used for the site of the Church. The named witnesses on the deed are John McAuley and Richard Magee.
