The Cronan Dairy Farm in 1950 - The family continues to farm to this day. The barn was built in 1934 and first used by Joseph and Gertie Cronan's family.

Turner of Bradford and West Gwillimbury. Mr. George Horlings, vice-president and general manager of Holland River Gardens Co. Ltd extended an invitation to visit that plant.
The work of the marsh pioneers was fittingly mentioned by several of the speakers and a minute's silence was observed in memory of the late Prof. W.H. Day."

This photograph is of Felicia, bred by Edward Jeffs & Son. The Jeffs were well known stock-breeders who have owned their property on the 6th Concession since 1837. They first started with Shorthorn cattle, Leicester sheep and Berkshire pigs, and by 1906 were breeding show-winning animals.
