He is survived by his wife Amelia (Amy) Devall and three sons, Gordon, John and William, all of Toronto, and a sister Olive of Toronto, also ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.The funeral was held from Lathangue & Skwarchuk Funeral Home in Bradford, at 2 p.m. on Thursday, October 14, with interment in Cookstown Anglican Cemetery. The pallbearers were Wilfred Young, Jack McLean, Wm. Sutherland, Jerry Courneya, Lloyd McLean and Doug Reynolds.

He is also survived by seven grandchildren.Burial was at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Bradford.
