The Ritchie homestead owned by Thomas Ritchie married to Mary Kneeshaw. Located on Concession 13 on the north half of Lot 14. They had four children Frank, Fred, William and Laura. Fred Ritchie continued to live here and farm the land after his parents had passed away.
Helen Vipond stepping over to the wreath that she was to present on behalf of all the nations attending the U.N. Memorial Ceremony at The UN Memorial Cemetery in Busan, Korea. The inscription on the wreath read "The Representatives of the Bereaved Families of the UN Allied Forces of the Korean War."

Euchre was one of the main attractions at Councillor Reid's corn roast. Next to Bertha is the youngest guest, 5 1/2 year old Peter Shierson. Standing up is Happy 60's Club President Hank Steyn (right), Councillor Frances Reid, and Elma Loeb, the club's secretary.
