Description : The West Gwillimbury History Project (WEGWHIST) meets Weds., Oct. 1st, in the Compton Room of the Bradford Library, 100 Holland Court, at 2 p.m. There are still some "missing families"... If you want your family history to be included, the Project must receive your information by October 1st! WWI Vetereans...To date, the project has the names of only 2 persons who served in WWI and returned home.
A plaque marking the building of the Bradford Public Library in 1962. The plaque is heavyweight and made of metal. It notes donors and the names of members of the Library Board at the time. The plaque was removed from the Library's John Street West location after it was decommissioned following the building of a new Library location at 100 Holland Court.
Pin given out as part of fundraising for the Bradford Public Library. Fundraising was run in order to help raise money to build a new library, which was the library location (100 Holland Court) that finished construction in 1988.
