L.H. and W.L. Campbell Lacrosse Medals - Front View

One side of two Canadian Lacrosse Association Championship medals awarded to William L. Campbell and Dr. Lewis H. Campbell. Both men were on Bradford's lacrosse team and their names are engraved on the medals (as seen in this view). Dr. Campbell won a medal for 1902 and 1905 and William won one for 1905.

Both men were on Bradford's lacrosse team , Dr. Campbell won a medal for 1902 and 1905 and William won one for 1905. This side of each medal has engraving, including of two lacrosse sticks.

Lawn Bowling Balls

Two lawn bowling balls. One engrave with "LHC" and the other with "W.L.C." One belonged to Dr. Lewis H. Campbell and the other to his brother William L. Campbell. Both were members of Bradford's lawn bowling club.

"Three Lions guard the gate to Bradford's new tennis courts after the finishing tough to the court, a plaque, was put in place recently. President of the Bradford Lions, Jim Dodds, bears a racquet with past president, Waldie Crossland and Mayor Joe Magani, who is also a member of the Lions. Lights at the court now shine from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. for the benefit of night players."

Members of the team are Peter Prins, Danny Corners, Brett Thompson, Robert Delcourt, Ross Elliott, Wes Whitford, David McCasey, Greg Davis, John DeCosta, Rick Scragg and Greg Lane."

"Dodds Esso defeated Red & White 8-4 to win the Atom championship. Members of the team are Mark Bowles, Jim Madigan, Scott Shepard, Paul Taucar, Jeff Dodds, Mike Hemelaar, William Britnell, Don Harrison, Steve Heilemann, Tery Shiels, Gary Vanderpost, Ricky Lawrence, Danny Reynolds, Frank Shawnhorse, Derek Green and Mike Fortune. Don Harrison is the coach while Hank Vanderpost manages the team."
