FLACH - Frank John, peacefully on Saturday, July 23, 1994, at the Holland Christian Homes, Brampton at the age of 93. Beloved husband of the late Trien-Flach-Horlings. Dear father of Rena Hijma and her husband Richard. He will also be sadly missed by his grandchildren Catherine Jotautas, David Hijma and Donald Hijma and his great grandchildren Michael, Rebecca, Jeffrey and Gregory. Survived by his sisters Adrie Meeuwse-Flach, Wilhelmina Kopperjan-Flach, Hettie Horlings-Flach, Joan Goodhoofd-Flach of Holland and of Brampton and one older brother Dirk H. Flach, U.S. A. also numerous nephews and nieces in Canada, U.S.A. and Holland. Predeceased by brothers Gerrit Flach and Henk Flach and sisters Francina de Jong-Flach and Teuntje Flach all in Holland. Funeral services were held from the Ward Funeral Home, Brampton and a memorial service was held at Holland Christian Homes on Tuesday, July 26, 1994. Interment at Meadowvale Cemetery in Brampton. Memorial donations may be made to the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation.

HORLINGS, William - At Peel Memorial Hospital, Brampton on Thursday, December 1, 1994, William Horlings of the Holland Marsh in his 86th year. Beloved husband of Elizabeth Verkaik. Dear father of Harry and his wife Jane, George and his wife Audrey, Anita and her husband Joe Sikma, Kenneth and his wife Joan, Richard and his wife Eleanor. Dear brother of Walter and his wife Hetty, Catherine Hagen and predeceased by Boele, Elsie Matthews, Trien Flack, Harry, Brenda Nydam, George, and Anne Verkaik. Also survived by 19 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Friends called at the Lathangue & Skwarchuk Funeral Home, 30 Simcoe Street, Bradford. Service was held at the Holland Marsh Christian Reformed Church, Ansnorveldt on Saturday, December 3, 1994 at 2 p.m. Interment at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Bradford. A Memorial Service will be held at Heritage Hall, Holland Christian Homes, 7900 McLaughlin Rd., Brampton on Monday, December 5, 1994 at 2:30 p.m. Donations to Palliative Care at Peel Memorial Hospital, Brampton or the Faith Manor at Holland Christian Home, Brampton would be appreciated.

STODDART, Harry and Silvia are thrilled to announce the birth of their first child, Connor Harry Erik on February 14th weighting [sic] in at 9 lbs 4 ozs. Proud grandparents are Wilson and Vera Stoddart of Bond Head and Heinrich and Erika Herget of Orangeville. Ecstatic great grandmothers are Ruth Stoddart of Bond Head and Alwine Schrey of Steterburg, Germany. Many thanks to nurses Pat and Urla in labour and delivery, Dr. Malak and all the nurses in the special care nursery at Peel Memorial Hospital.

VAN DYKE, ARTHUR (Past President of the Ontario Fruit and Vegetable Growers' Association) at the Holland Christian Homes, Brampton, on Sunday June 19, 1994, Arthur Van Dyke in his 81st year. Dearly beloved husband of Agnes, loving father of Dennis of Mansfield, Leona and her husband Robert Kelly of Mississauga, Ronald and his wife Deborah of Vancouver and Lrone of Monroe, Washington. Loved grandfather of Amanda, Robert and his wife Cathy, Sara, Rebecca, Matthew, Joshua, Adam, Tasha, Arthur and Gloria. Memorial service will be held Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. at Springdale Christian Reform Church in the Holland Marsh. Interment Meadowvale Cemetery, Brampton. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimers Society would be greatly appreciated by the family.
