Panoramic Letter from WWI

A panoramic letter card received by Birdie Webb from a member of the Saint family who was fighting overseas in WWI in 1915. This type of card had a letter as well as photos like a postcard inside.

World War I Medals

Two World War I medals. The medal on the left is a British War Medal, awarded to all who saw action from 1914-1918 in World War I and all who served in Russia from 1919-1920. The one on the right was made by Andrew Neilly, a jeweller in Bradford, and was given to soldiers returning from World War I by the community of Bond Head.

Cecil Herman Ney (21 December 1889 - August 5, 1972) served in the Royal Air Force during World War I. This photograph was taken Dec. 7, 1918, in Cranwell Village, Sleaford, Lincolnshire, England. Written on the photo is "C.H. Ney." He was the father of Marshal Walsh, Virginia Helen, and Barbara Ruth.
