Helen Vipond was given the honour of placing the wreath on behalf of all the nations attending the UN Memorial Ceremony at the UN Memorial Cemetery in Busan, Korea. The inscription on the wreath read "The Representatives of the Bereaved Families of the UN Allied Forces of the Korean War."
