Description : Died after a lengthy illness at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket, in his 88th year. Husband of Doris for 44 years. Beloved father of Suzanne, Luanne and her husband Michael Edwards. Loving grandfather of Laura and Alice. Son of the late William and late Marjorie Campbell. Nephew of the late Dr. Lewis Campbell. Lewis will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Friends called at Skwarchuk Funeral Home, 30 Simcoe Rd., Bradford for visitation. Funeral service was held in the Lathangue Chapel on Tuesday, July 18, 2006 at 11 a.m. Interment Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Bradford.

Description : Died at his home in Burbank, California. Husband of May McKenzie; father of daughter Frances, and brother of the late Mrs. Ruth Saint. The deceased was born in Bradford and was first employed in the butcher business by Wm. Davey. On Jan. 1, 1906, he bought the business from Mr. Davey but later that year sold to Mr. James A. Webb and left town. Mr. Archer was an outstanding athlete, and being a member of Bradford's famous lacrosse team, played centre field with such well known team mates as Jas. Webb, R. McKinstry and the late Dr. Campbell.
