Friends called at the Lathangue & Skwarchuk Funeral Home, 30 Simcoe St., Bradford. Service was held in the chapel on Monday, May 28, 1990 at 11:00 a.m. followed by cremation.

Service was held at the Newmarked [sic] Christian Reformed Church, 333 Davis Dr., Newmarket, on Friday, June 24, 1988 at 2:30 p.m. Interment Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Bradford. In memoriam, donations to the Christian Reformed World Relief Committee (CRWRC) would be appreciated.
