Building belonged to Watson Specialties Limited (company owned by William Stoddart) and was seized by the Village of Bradford for non-payment of taxes. One of the interested parties was W. H. Thornton.

Runs from early 1900s – 1930s. Has some items glued into it.

Correspondence relating to Bradford wanting the Grand Trunk Railway train called the “Cobalt” to make a stop in Bradford rather than just passing through. This was requested to make travel more convenient.
