Beloved husband of Ethel, dear father of George and his wife Marion of Pickering, Len and his wife Barb of Coldwater, dear brother of William and his wife Mae Fuller of Bradford, Walter Fuller of Barrie. Dear grandfather of Sally, Danny and Fred. Dear great grandfather of Josh and Courtney.Friends called at the Lathangue & Skwarchuk Funeral Home, 30 Simcoe St. Bradford. Service was held in the chapel on Tuesday, December 19, 1989 at 2:00 p.m. Interment St. Paul's Cemetery, Coulson's Hill. Donations to York County Hospital Foundation, Newmarket, would be appreciated.

Description: One of the happiest occasions in Mr. William C. Davey's life was the 50th anniversary of the forming of the Hunt Club which bore his name, the Davey Hunt Club. The half-century mark in that club was reached in 1947 and the anniversary was marked by an honorary banquet for the veteran head of the club. At that time many thought the ambition to reach the fifty years as an active member of the club had spurred the elderly man to keep going, but 1948 found him back in camp as he has been each intervening year. Last Wednesday, November 11, a message came from the hunt camp, located near Burwash, Mileage 98, that the Club's leader would hunt no more. Among his most cherished friends, including his own sons, and amid the scenes he had always enjoyed, the old man suffered a heart seizure and passed on within a few minutes. He was in his 90th year." ...

Dear mother of the late Wallace Fuller and his wife Isobel of Tillsonburg, Tom Fuller and his wife Zelma of Bradford. Dear sister of the late Wilber R. Mulliss and the late Olive Middleton. Dear grandmother of Donna Moss, Karen Cook, Pat Remit and Susan Mae Fuller. Dear great-grandmother of Amy and Andrew Moss, Justin Cook, Nicole and Angella Fremit. Friends may call at the Lathangue & Skwarchuk Funeral Home, 30 Simcoe Rd., Bradford, for visitation on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9p.m. Service in the Chapel on Monday at 11a.m. Interment at St. Paul's Cemetery, Coulson's Hill.
