Description : Peacefully at Trenton Memorial Hospital, Trenton, following a brief illness, in his 70th year. Husband of the late Kathleen Scharfe. Father of John Holancin Jr. of McKenzie, Tennessee; Lynne (Mrs. B. MacFarlane), North York; Kathleen (Mrs. D. Nesbit), Burnaby, B.C.; and Christine (Mrs. C. Palmer), Newmarket. Survived by his six sisters, Anne Papousek, Pauline Holancin, Mary Gilbert, Helen Poulis, Joan Maharg, Betty Sue Holancin and three brothers Paul, George, and Jim Holancin. Friend of Jeanette Hudson. Grandfather of Tara, Kristi, Stacey, Erica, Diane, Grant, Graham, and Benjamin. At Mr. Holancin's request, there will be a private cremation at Belleville Crematorium. Graveside interment will take place at Kettleby Cemetery, Kettleby. If desired, memorial donations may be made (by cheque only) to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario. Arrangements under the direction of Evan J. Butchers Funeral Home, Frankford.

Description : Died at York Central Hospital, Richmond Hill, at the age of 79. Of the Holland Marsh, the beloved husband of Zuzana Balint and the dear father of John of Sorel, Que., Anne (Mrs. J. Papousek) of Renfrew, Paul of R.R. 1, Kettleby, Pauline Kulha of Thornhill, Helen (Mrs. W. Poulis) of King, Mary (Mrs. G. Gilbert) of Aurora, George of R.R. 1, Kettleby, Joan (Mrs. D. Meharg) of Markham, Betty Sue of Toronto, James of Newmarket, and Richard of R.R. 4, Bradford. Mr. Holancin is also survived by 26 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Resting at Lathangue & Skwarchuk Funeral Home, 30 Simcoe St., Bradford. Funeral service will be held in the chapel today (Wednesday) at 11 a.m. with cremation to follow.

Dear mother of John of Frankford, Anne Papousek of Renfrew, Paul and George of RR#1 Kettleby, Pauline of Aurora, Helen Poulis of King, Mary Gilvert of Collingwood, Joan Meharg of Markham, Betty Sue of Toronto, James of Newmarket, and predeceased by Richard. Also survived by 26 grandchildren and 33 great grandchildren. Friends may call at the Lathangue & Skwarchuk Funeral Home, 30 Simcoe St, Bradford for visitation on Wednesday 2 - 4 and 7 -9 p.m. Funeral service in the chapel on Thursday at 11 a.m. Followed by cremation. Description : Mary Elizabeth, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Steve Brinkos of Bradford, to John Joseph, son of Mr. and Mrs. Steve Molokach of Bradford. The wedding took place at Holy Martyrs Church, Bradford. Rev. F. R. McGinn officiated. The bride was attended by Miss Paula Sakalik as maid of honour, and five bridesmaids, namely Miss Mary Yesanko of Toronto, Miss Mary Uhrin of Hamilton, and Misses Mary Kavchak, Mary Simurda and Mary Sklencar, all of Bradford. Miss Emily Radvansky of Toronto was flower girl. Mr. Paul Holancin of Bradford was groomsman and the ushers were Mike Simurda, Messrs. Mike Kulha, Edward Gres, Joseph Brinkos and Joseph Klic. Mr. and Mrs. Molokach will reside in Bradford where the groom is in business with his father. Before her marriage the popular young bride was guest of honour at a large shower given by Mrs. Kulha, Mrs. Sakalik and Mrs. Julie Brinkos.
