Funeral service was held in the chapel of the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen St. south, Bolton on Tuesday August 9th at 2 o'clock. Private internment [sic] Laurel Hill Cemetery, Bolton. In lieu of flower[s,] donations to the Canadian Spinal Research Organization, Unit 32, 120 Newkirk Road, Richmond Hill, L4C 9SC would be appreciated.

Service was held at Springdale Christian Reformed Church on Monday, November 7, 1994 at 2 p.m. Interment at Kettleby Cemetery.
