MELNYK - My name is Christopher William, I was born on December 15, 1994 at 4:23 a.m. and weighed 6 lbs 13 ozs. I am the 2nd child for my Mom and Dad, Heidi and Bill Melnyk, and I have a brother Michael William. I am the 25th grandchild for Mrs. N. Vogt and the 5th grandchild for Mrs. T. Melnyk. Special thanks to Daddy, Dr. Newton, Dr. Watt and Sally in L & D and staff in maternity.
