The event involved participants being driven in a police car to the nearby Shoppers Drug Mart where they had their fingerprints and mock mugshots taken before being placed in a mock jail cell. Donors would "pay bail" to release participants by donating money to the fundraiser. Northover was driven from the Library to the event to participate.
