The men were celebrating the first time an imported breed of cattle has been sent back to its country of origin. John Devins' Charolais bull, Jericho, has been sold to French cattlemen for $19,000."

A sampler for creating an embroidered version of the Township of West Gwillimbury official crest. This crest design first came into use in approximately 1973. It includes a hand drawn picture of the crest with colour pallette and a samples of coloured threads to be used. Included with this sampler is information about the crest and the meanings behind the various aspects of it.
