Description : Jean Sadie Carter, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Sylvester Carter of Cookstown, to Morley Bowman Allen, R.C.A.F., son of Mr. and Mrs. Bowman Allen of Thornton. The wedding took place in Cookstown United Church. Rev. J. C. Kellogg officiated.The bride was attended by Miss Edna Allen as maid of honour. The bride's other attendants were Mrs. Garnet Ley, sister of the bride, and Miss Mary Hares of Huntsville. The groomsman was Howard Carter of Cookstown, brother of the bride, and the ushers were Orval Carter of Cookstown and Grant Allen of Thornton.The couple will reside in Winnipeg, Man., where the groom is stationed with the R.C.A.F.
