Description : Died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Gordon Monroe, in his 83rd year. Husband of Sarah Annie Givens. Father of Ella (Mrs. Fred Taylor), Ridgetown; Susie (Mrs. G. Monroe), Irwin (deceased), George, Ivan, Wilmote, Myrtle (Mrs. Leslie Silverthorne), all of St. David's; Earl, St. Catharines; Mildred (Mrs. Robert Storey), Stanford. Was born in Tecumseth and spent most of his earlier life there. Had moved with his family to St. David's several years previous. Funeral held July 16 in St. John's Anglican Church, 6th Line, Tecumseth, service conducted by Rev. C.R.P. Hearn. Interment in church cemetery.
