W. T. Crowther of St. George's Anglican Church presiding.The soloist was Mr. Corey Smith, and the hymns were The Old Rugged Cross, and Nearer My God to Thee.Mrs. Steeves was the daughter of the late William and Sarah Plummber Sanborn. She is survived by one son Hollis Steeves of Mississauga and two grandchildren.She is also survived by one sister, Mrs. Ronald (Thora) Purdy of Angus.Attending the funeral were Mr. Hollis Steeves and Mr. Ronald Purdy of Ontario, and Mr. Baxter Steeves and Mr. and Mrs. George Steeves, and Mr. and Mrs. Bernie Gerrior of Nova Scotia.
