Dennis and Isabel Roughley, Bradford, Ont. are pleased to announce the wedding of their daughter, Sandra Elizabeth to Ronald Matthew Payne, son of Ron and Gayle Payne, Bradford, Ont. The wedding took place Friday, Aug. 3, 1990. The happy couple will reside in Newmarket.
