Miss Judy Watts of Bradford was soloist and sang The Lord's Prayer" and "Because" accompanied by Mrs. Kenneth Wood of Bradford. Given in marriage by her father the bride wore a full-length gown featuring the Empire waistline with fitted bodice of Chantilly lace and lily-point sleeves. The slim skirt of organza over taffeta was accented by a double train of organza trimmed with matching lace."

He was southbound on the highway when the Ewing car pulled out of the sideroad.The accident was investigated by the Barrie provincial police detachment who have charged Ewing with failing to yield the right-of-way.Coroner Dr. Frank Shannon said that cause of death was massive hemorrhage due to internal injuries.Mr. Young was an electrician and the father of four children. It is believed he was on his way home from a trip to Barrie to pick up electrical supplies when the accident took place.
