Description : A very pretty wedding was solemnized on Saturday, May 21, in Bradford Presbyterian Church, when Nancy Irene, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. R. J. Culbert of Bradford, exchanged vows with Gordon Victor Young, son of Mrs. Arnold Young of Toronto and the late Mr. Young. The double ring ceremony was performed by Rev. W. R. Adams of St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Barrie, against a background of white gladioli, pink carnations and blue chrysanthemums. Miss Judy Watts of Bradford was soloist and sang The Lord's Prayer" and "Because" accompanied by Mrs. Kenneth Wood of Bradford. Given in marriage by her father the bride wore a full-length gown featuring the Empire waistline with fitted bodice of Chantilly lace and lily-point sleeves. The slim skirt of organza over taffeta was accented by a double train of organza trimmed with matching lace."
