Description : Mrs. Doris Elizabeth Poland, wife of Sgt. Patrick (Pat) Poland, in charge of Bradford detachment of the O.P.P., died at Royal Victoria Hospital, Barrie, on May 26.Mrs. Poland had been known to be in a serious condition of health form some time and her passing was not unexpected. Her trouble was diagnosed shortly after Sgt. Poland suffered a heart attack, which has kept him off duty.To Sgt. Poland and their two sons, many friends in the Bradford area will join The Witness in extending sympathy.
