Description : Norval Young, a resident of Bond Head for 27 years, passed away at York County Hospital, after a prolonged illness, on Tuesday morning, October 12. He was in his 82nd year and until his recent illness had lived an active life.He was predeceased by his first wife, Edith Collins and a son, Arthur. He is survived by his wife Amelia (Amy) Devall and three sons, Gordon, John and William, all of Toronto, and a sister Olive of Toronto, also ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.The funeral was held from Lathangue & Skwarchuk Funeral Home in Bradford, at 2 p.m. on Thursday, October 14, with interment in Cookstown Anglican Cemetery. The pallbearers were Wilfred Young, Jack McLean, Wm. Sutherland, Jerry Courneya, Lloyd McLean and Doug Reynolds.
