Description : Killed instantly on Saturday evening just after 7 p.m. when she was struck by a west-bound car near the intersection of Dunlop
Street W. and Eccles
Street in Barrie as she was attempting to cross from the south side of Dunlop to the north. A former resident of Bradford, Mrs. Younger had been living in Barrie for the past number of years. She is survived by her son, Earl. Mr. Thomas Younger predeceased her seven years ago, and a daughter, Beatrice, more than 20 years ago.Rested at Pethick-Smith Funeral Home, 127 Bayfield St. Funeral service was held Tuesday at 2 p.m. Temporary entombment Alliston Cemetery.
