A commemorative plate with gold trim in honour of the Bradford United Church. The top side of the plate has a print of an illustration of the Church building with text along the bottom that reads: "Bradford United Church | Bradford, Ontario | 1865 ~ 1975". The bottom of the plate has a maker's mark depicting a simplified Canadian flag with text above and below it that reads "DECORATED | IN | CANADA | BY | Creemore China & Glass | CREEMORE, ONT"
