Located on the corner of Church and James Street. This church was built in 1900 after the original church was destroyed by fire. The first church was built in 1851 and burned down in April 1900. Rev. G.B. Morley was the first minister in the new church.
It is built in early English Style and used Milton Pressed Brick, a high quality and expensive brick.

This is a portrait engraving of Rev. Dr. James A. Long, the minister of the Methodist Church in 1906. He began his charge here in June 1905. He was the father of Pte. Arthur G Long, a Supreme Sacrifice of World War I.

The Auld Kirk in the Scotch Settlement. The congregation, many of them Scottish immigrants, began gathering in 1822, and a log church was built in 1823. This building was built in 1869. It closed its doors in 1885.

Owned by Norman Coutts (1903-2002), husband of Isobel Watson Coutts. He did not go to war due to a heart murmur and was raised on Concession 4, Lot 7 in West Gwillimbury.

BULL, Rev. Herbert F. - At his residence in Bradford on Wednesday, December 8, 1993, Rev. Herbert Bull in his 74th year. Beloved husband of Jean Coffey. Dear father of Janie and her husband Paul James of Bradford, Larry Bull and his wife Dianne of Alcona Beach. Dear brother of Pauline Longstaff of Houlton, Maine, Jack Bull of Hamilton, Jean Robinson of Fredericton, N.B., Ruth Elliott of P.E.I. and Dr. Ralph Bull of London, Ont. Dear grandfather of Amy, Rebecca, Katie, Susan and Adam James, Emily and Ruth Bull. Friends called at the Lathangue & Skwarchuk Funeral Home, 30 Simcoe Street, Bradford. Requiem Mass was held at St. John's Anglican Church, Tecumseth on Saturday, December 11, 1993 at 10:30 a.m. Interment adjoining cemetery.

"Best known landmark in Bond Head is the Anglican church at the top of the hill where the driving sheds used to shelter the horses and buggies of church members until a few decades ago still may be seen. In the lower photograph, a simple cairn marking the birthplace of the famed Canadian physician and medical author, Sir William Osler, is shown. It is located on the hill across from Penville Creek on the 7th Line."
